Health Watch for Allergies and Asthma

I was just informed today that Spring allergies are expected to arrive early this season. The climate change and shifting of weather patterns have set a records high in pollen levels. The pollen is in the extreme high zone and hasn't been like this for 30 years. The pollen season is expected to start early and end longer. Most of the allergies are triggered by tree pollen. The grains of pollen get carried away by the winds and find their way into our eyes, nose and lungs triggering a allergic reaction. First leafs and first blooms were in February and have been showing up earlier about 8 to 20 days in Texas and the Carolinas.  I don't know about you but I get allergies pretty bad and are the main cause for my asthma flair ups. If I take care of my allergies more than likely I won't have any trouble with my asthma. The only other cause of my asthma flair ups is stress. Allergies are no fun so I hope everyone does what they need to do to prepare.
